Raclette is a Swiss dish that is also popular in some parts of France. The Raclette cheese is melted onto potatoes and is eaten with a range of accompaniments. A perfect dish for the cold, wintery months.

The Raclette buffet includes Raclette cheese, confited potatoes, roasted vegetables, assorted charcuterie, house pickles, a classic mixed green salad,  and a French macaron. Tarte Flambe's and additional desserts will be available for purchase, as well.

A selection of wine pairings will be available to sample alongside the Raclette buffet.

Merry Edwards Winery in Russian River Valley, California, produces an extremely well-respected collection of wines, predominantly focusing on the qualities of the Pinot Noir varietal. It has been 20 years since the production of the 1997 vintage that kicked off the Merry Edwards Pinot Noir, which has become so famous.

For our next wine dinner, we head toward Spain to sample some fantastic wine made by Alfredo Arribas, who joined us in the bistro earlier in the year. His collection of wines has amazing variety and depth, with there really being something for everyone - from Spanish wine fans, to consummate Californian red drinkers. 

Claudia Arribas Villa is director of Marketing and Communications for Portal del Priorat, as well as the daughter of winemaker & proprietor Alfredo Arribas. Spanish born, she was educated in the Benjamin Franklin International Baccalaureate School with an emphasis on international relations. She speaks multiple languages, spent 8 years as a teacher of English and professional translator and is also an accomplished filmmaker!

She will be on hand to present the evening and the interesting background to each of the wines being sampled. Chef Eric has put together a fantastic menu, showing off the best of each of the wines with an eclectic range of subtly (and some not so subtly) Spanish inspired foods.

Alongside your wines you can order from Chef Eric's brand new dinner menu, either sampling a selection of appetizers or enjoying a full meal, with pairing recommendations along the way.

Rosé season is upon us! It's getting warmer out and a glass or two of blush on the patio is a delightful to spend an afternoon. 

Join Amy Trivisonno from Wine Trends on an exploration of their latest rosé acquisitions. She will outline the range of available rosé wines, that will delight current fans and perhaps convert a few others to be consummate rosé drinkers.

Chef Mark has designed a wonderful 6-course menu to delight alongside 6 fantastic wines Amy has selected. This will be a tremendous evening that no one should miss.
