Couscous is a North African dish that became a popular meal when Moroccan immigrants began settling in Paris in the 1950's and 1960's.
The Couscous dinner consists of buttery couscous with platters of vegetables, meats, and a bowl of harissa all served family style.
A selection of wine pairings will also be available for purchase.
Tickets are $40 per person (+ tax and gratuity)
Bibb lettuce with shallots, chives, parsley, tarragon, chervil and red wine vinaigrette
Buttery couscous grains
Tender carrots, turnips, zucchini and celery
Red pepper harissa, caramelized onions and plump golden raisins
Merguez sausage, braised chicken and spicy beef meatballs
